Modal Popup Offset problem

Greetings,

Sorry to ask such a simple question, but my Modal Popup is working great except that it is popping up offset -- both the popup control and the background.

Are there any instances/tags that would "contain" the popup? I'm assuming this is more of an HTML problem, but assumed the "modal" part of the control would find the entire IE (6.0) window.

Ideas?

Figured it out myself -- I had the panel to be popped up inside another table, so the modal was acting "inside" that cell. Moved it to the bottom of the page and it works great.
